Outer shell reinforced with fabric and thermal liner reinforced with thermal liner material at shoulders and yoke area. Two piece contoured sleeves with choice of Ara-shield ® (specify black, gold, or gray), fabric, or leather (secify black or gray) reinforced cuffs and Nomex® wristlets. Fabric reinforced cuffs are standard on aluminized outer shells. Built-in underarm bellows provide a full range of arm movement. Four layer storm flap with heavy duty brass zipper and 2" flame retardant hook and loop tape closures, darainage eyelets, and trim provides internal thermal and moisture protection. Two 9" (w) x 9" (h) front mounted handwramer pockets with flame retardant hook and loop tape closures, drainage eyelets, and trim. Bottom of pockets expand to 2-1/2".

100% Nomex^® thread used throughout the coat and pant liner. CRAQ-SPUN^® brand Nomex^® thread used throughout the coat and pant outer shell and for options. Moisture barrier seams are heat sealed with seam seal tape.

All Athena Style Women's Gear is NFPA 1971 (current edition) and OSHA CFR 1910.156 or NFPA 1976 (current edition) compliant (for maximum thermal and moisture protection, both coat and pant (with liners) must be worn, all closures must be fastened, and sufficient coat/pant overla, as defined in NFPA 1500 (current edition), must exist.
